This Privacy Policy applies to all services and features provided by RatesAgent.AI, including but not limited to our application, user accounts, and informational catalog of logistics providers.

We collect and publish only publicly available corporate information about logistics companies (e.g., company names, websites, general corporate emails, phone numbers, descriptions of services). We do not intentionally collect personal data of private individuals, except when it is voluntarily submitted through our platform or other communication channels (such as registration forms, user accounts, or direct emails).

(a) Company-related information (catalog data)

(b) User-related information (application data)

To understand whether key business flows are working, we may record limited server-side operational events, such as opening a company profile access page, saving a profile section, opening or submitting a provider quote form, or accepting or declining a request confirmation. These events may include internal record identifiers and safe event metadata, such as the section edited or whether a quote had already been submitted.

We do not intentionally store access tokens, full private URLs, raw IP addresses, email addresses, names, message contents, quote details, shipment form payloads, or other sensitive form contents in analytics event records.

User account and application data: retained while your account is active, and may be stored for a limited period after termination if required for billing, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Analytics and operational event data: privacy-minimized event records are retained for a limited period, normally up to 90 days, unless a shorter or longer period is required for security, legal compliance, debugging, or aggregated reporting.

International Transfers

Some of our service providers (such as hosting or analytics partners) may process data outside the EU/UK. In such cases, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards to ensure adequate protection.
