Who are these plans for?
These plans are for logistics providers listing and managing their companies on RatesAgent.AI. If you are looking for transport services or requesting shipping quotes, use Client pricing instead.
How do I add or claim my company?
Select Add your company, then sign in or create a provider account. Search for your company first and request access to its existing profile. If it is not listed, choose the option to create a new company application. Claims require ownership verification and review; new company applications are reviewed before publication.
Does registration immediately give me editing access?
No. Creating an account does not by itself grant access to a company profile. Complete the claim or new company application and follow its verification and review steps. Use My workspace to view your companies and application status.
What does the Free provider plan include?
The Free plan includes a regular Hub listing with no featured countries and unlimited responses to Autopilot Requests. Pro adds 1 featured country, while Enterprise coverage is agreed individually.
What does featured visibility mean?
Featured details can improve visibility in Hub results relevant to your services and coverage. Free includes no featured countries; Pro includes 1. Placement also depends on relevance to the search. Contact us to discuss Enterprise placement and coverage.
How do I choose or change a provider plan?
Contact us to arrange a provider plan or discuss Enterprise requirements. Adding or claiming a company starts the company access process; it does not purchase a subscription or automatically upgrade the company.
Where do I manage my company after signing in?
Open My workspace to access your companies in the Provider workspace. Once access is approved, you can manage company profile information and submit changes for review.
Where can I check the available countries and routes?
Use the Hub search and Hub Index to explore the countries, ports, and routes currently listed. This shows our directory coverage. For a specific shipment, send your requirements through Get a quote so we can check suitable options.
